Winterfest Join us for our award-winning Winterfest celebration, a four-month-long winter festival in Pigeon Forge featuring four million holiday lights, Christmas shows, trolley tours, outlet sales and more. Through March 2, 2003	18th Annual Dolly Parade Annual Dolly Parade marks the traditional beginning of the city's spring entertainment season. Floats, marching bands, and local celebrities join Miss Dolly as she greets thousands of visitors who come to Pigeon Forge. April 4, 2003
